Enables CompactRIO systems to connect to and communicate on PROFIBUS DP networks.

The C Series PROFIBUS Interface Module features PROFIBUS DP RS485 baud rates from 9600 b/s to 12000 kb/s. PROFIBUS is an industrial network for reliably connecting programmable logic controllers, I/O, sensors, and drives over long distances in industrial environments. C Series PROFIBUS Interface Modules include the NI‐PROFIBUS for CompactRIO instrument driver for human-machine interface (HMI) and SCADA applications, as well as graphical networking Configurator software. You can configure the C Series PROFIBUS Interface Module as a powerful master or slave device.
